Last night we were victimized by ANGONO POLICE, my brother in law was detained for almost an hour and could have been longer without any valid ground. THOSE ANGONO POLICE, SPECIALLY CERTAIN PO1 LOPENA IS ONE OF A BITCH! HE DOES NOT PERFORM HIS PLEDGED DUTY TO HELP AND PROTECT RATHER; HE INVESTIGATES WHILE NOT IN UNIFORM AND DETAINS SOMEONE ASKING FOR A BRIBE TO BE RELEASED...ACTUALLY I WAS CALLING GMA 7 LAST NIGHT TO REPORT IMBESTIGADOR WHAT HAPPENED. I WANT TO COMPLAIN THAT LOPENA I WANT HIM TO BE OUT OF SERVICE BECAUSE HE IS A LOT OF SHAME BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW, I WANT IMBESTIGADOR TO OBSERVE HOW THESE ANGONO POLICE PERFORM... I WANT TO SEEK HELP FROM THOSE WHO HAVE THE CAPABILTY AND THE WILLINGNESS TO HELP...

While writing this, I am in rage and want to put stress on what I am trying to point out...it is hard when you are helpless... I am just thankful there are some individual who are still in there best ability to help others. To the whole MEDIA CIRCLE I am appealing to you to look on this thing... please make an INVESTIGATION to the WHOLE ANGONO POLICE FORCE, THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB!!!

Police are on duty while not in uniform, forcing street children to act as if being hit by vehicles to be able to complain then will assign some common people to attest or to act as witnesses. Take note also of the assigned Guardian for the street children that is already in the police station. Upon bringing the victimized driver to the police station these police will not do the necessary investigation based on normal procedure instead will talk to the assigned complainant and assigned victim in closed door. Next thing would be detaining the driver claiming that the driver abandoned and ran after the victim followed by getting the license and jeepney key and issuing a violation ticket; police will then negotiate with the driver how much to settle prior releasing him.
Without any chance for the driver to talk with the assigned victim and assigned guardian, THAT
PO1 LOPENA would ask the driver to give P5,000.00 as settlement for bruises alone. He would then warn the driver that if will not be able to settle P5,000.00 better pay the bail to be released; you will then asked yourself, why? there is no complain no abandonment and no real victim, if you will be very stupid and allow him to force you to pay the P5,000.00 it will directly shoot to his own purse...That's unfair, frustrating and very demeaning but sorry to him, he will find his match!!!
